What We Look For
We only hire experienced candidates who can demonstrate a serious commitment to service. Minimum requirements vary by role, but for most hospitality positions we expect:
- 2–3 years of experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, catering, or established staffing firms
- Ontario Smart Serve certification (for roles involving alcohol service)
- A high degree of professionalism and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Attention to presentation, including uniform standards and grooming
- A serious work ethic and respect for clients, guests, and colleagues
For promotional, brand, or experiential marketing roles, applicants must also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent a brand with confidence and clarity.
What You Can Expect
FAUR offers pay rates above industry averages, with structured employee status. All staff are CPP and EI contributing T4 employees, and we operate in a fully insured, workplace-compliant environment.
Shifts are offered weekly through our scheduling platform, and staff have full flexibility to accept only the shifts they want. Opportunities include weekday and weekend, morning and evening events across the GTA and Southern Ontario, with paid travel available for assignments outside the core region.
