Bartenders
Crafted Service Behind the Bar

Bartending is part of our history. FAUR began in 2013 with a small group of veteran bartenders. The lessons we learned then still guide us today: skill, preparation, and presence matter.
Bartenders shape both the pace and atmosphere of an event. The bartenders, mixologists & staff we employ are all hand-picked, highly vetted, professional industry veterans, not temp gig workers hired on sight-unseen.
From private cocktail parties to high-volume receptions, they prepare drinks with accuracy and interact with guests in a way that reflects the tone of the event.
Our custom mobile bars can be built anywhere. Indoors, outdoors, or in temporary spaces, our staff arrive prepared with the right tools and the training to keep service running smoothly from first pour to last call.

Our staff are trained not only in technique but also in presentation and guest interaction. Every drink is prepared with accuracy, every request is handled with discretion, and every guest is met with the same professional attention. This balance of efficiency and polish is what defines our standard of service.
Core services include:
- Cocktail preparation and execution of custom menus
- Wine and champagne service
- Beer and draft management (when paired with bar rentals)
- Bar setup, stocking, and breakdown
- Glassware and garnish preparation
- Guest interaction carried out with professionalism and care
For clients seeking a full bar package, our Mobile Bar Rentals provide complete solutions, including custom-built bar furniture, draft taps, and designs tailored to the setting.
Your questions, answered
How many bartenders do I need for my event?
As a guideline, one bartender per 75–100 guests is sufficient for light service. For heavier consumption, one per 35–50 guests is recommended. Your Event Concierge will help confirm the right number for your event.
Do bartenders provide their own tools?
Yes. Bartenders bring the tools needed to run a bar. If you require full bar infrastructure, glassware, or a custom build, Mobile Bar Rentals are available.
How much time should I allow for setup and cleanup?
Plan for one hour before service for setup and one hour after for breakdown. This ensures a smooth start and finish.
What uniforms do bartenders wear?
Standard uniform is black dress pants, black shoes, and a collared black shirt. Alternative options are available and can be finalized with your Event Concierge.

Supervisors & Support Staff
Leadership and support for seamless events

At FAUR, we know that the success of an event depends not only on the staff on the floor but also on the structure behind them. Supervisors and support staff provide that structure. They guide teams, manage schedules, and oversee details so service flows smoothly and the host can focus on their guests.
From private parties with multiple servers to large-scale corporate events, these roles create the order and oversight that allow events to unfold without disruption. With a decade of experience and more than 7,800 successful events, we have seen the difference that steady leadership and reliable support bring to both the client and the guest experience.
Staffing Options
Server Leads
Senior wait staff who manage service while working alongside the team. They oversee setup, service flow, and staff management while also serving guests.
Recommended for: private events with 100+ guests or when five or more servers are present.
Supervisors (Captains)
Hands-on event managers who take full responsibility for service. They direct teams, coordinate with catering and vendors, and manage guest interactions. Trained in all formal service styles including American, French, English, ballet, and snake service.
Recommended for: large events of 150+ guests, or any function where service style or guest expectations require full oversight.
Coat Check Staff
Dedicated attendants who ensure a smooth arrival and departure for guests. They manage belongings safely and efficiently, bringing order and comfort to the start and finish of every event.
Recommended for: any event where guest comfort and organization are a priority.

This consistency is why FAUR has become the trusted staffing partner for events where reliability, structure, and discretion are essential.

Comprehensive Event Support
Our supervisors and support staff ensure that service runs predictably and without gaps. Their responsibilities include:
- Overseeing staff sign-in, assignments, and schedules
- Managing service style and sequence
- Coordinating with catering, vendors, and the host
- Supervising setup and teardown of event spaces
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns directly
- Providing support roles such as coat check and guest assistance
By creating order behind the scenes, these staff allow both the host and the service team to focus fully on the event.
Your questions, answered
Do I need a Supervisor or a Server Lead?
Server Leads are best for mid-sized events with 5 or more wait staff. Supervisors are recommended for larger events of 150+ guests or for events where service style is complex and requires full oversight.
Can a Server Lead also serve guests?
Yes. A Server Lead performs both service and leadership duties. This means they count toward your total number of servers.
Will Supervisors handle guest concerns directly?
Yes. Supervisors are trained to respond to guest needs and ensure service runs smoothly without requiring the host to step in.
How much setup time should I allow?
For both Server Leads and Supervisors, we recommend two hours before the event for setup and one hour after for cleanup.
Are coat check staff available on their own?
Yes. Coat check staff can be booked independently or alongside other services.
